Oh, man I remember when this first came out. It's one of those films where you walked out of the cinema feeling all psyched on a pure adrenaline rush of awesomeness.The story can pretty much be summed up as a glorious blood bath, with sexy stars and ugly aliens getting slaughtered left and right. And even though the movie carries a distinct message about anti-totalitarianism and what have you, it's all tongue in cheek satire.
So whatever your political views might be, there's no denying how awesomely entertaining it is to witness the mayhem of an inter-planetary war.
