Hawaii Oslo (2004)

All Norwegians have seen Hawaii Oslo. It is one of the greatest Norwegian film to date, but sadly, very few people from the rest of the world seem to know it exist.

The story is a multiplot about a bunch of tragic characters, that comes together in a magnificent mash at the end. Think Amores Perros with a stranger language. But actually Hawaii Oslo is more of a mood than a film, and creates an atmosphere so beautiful, it'll make anyone want to be an artist.

The story is a bit cryptic, and while some people think it's pretty obvious what is going on, others struggle to see it. Judge for yourself.
